Product Description

1. Component of Machine:

2. Range:

It is suitable for low carbon steel wire bright annealing heat treatment. Wheel size is 800 x 500 mm; single plate weighs about 1.0 tons. Loading forms: 3 dishes folded. Furnace charging amount is about 3.0 tons at a time. Annealing furnace quantity of ovens reaches 6.0 tons/day so 10.0 tons need 2 sets of furnace annealing production.

4. Processing

Load steel wire into coil → put the wire coil into internal oven → to lock the cap → vacuum pump for vacuum annealing → start the electricity heating → temperature holding → get the annealing oven out for cooling → cool the wire to set temperature → open the cap → load another internal oven for continual annealing production

5. Introduction of Annealing Furnace

5.1. Well-type Annealing Furnace Body

  • Ø Vacuum Annealing Furnace Body made by the welded steel in δ5mm Q235;
  • Ø Bottom of Furnace Body made by δ=12mmQ235, with 3piece of H-beam to protect;
  • Ø Panel of Furnace Body made by δ=20mmQ235, with back up pad for strengthen;
  • Ø Furnace lining: made by Aluminum silicate fiber block in thickness of 250mm, it can save energy at about 30%;
  • Ø Inside & outside of Aluminum silicate fiber block wrapped by high-quality long-fiber pricking

blanket, which are processed into 300mm × 300mm × 250mm with special equipment, heat-resistance temperature of furnace can reach 1000℃.

  • Ø Inside Bottom of Furnace Body made by light weight fireclay brick; upper with Aluminum forged fire-resistant frog brick to assure the good heat-resisting & hot insulation;
  • Ø In the side of furnace body also installed the thermocouple, bar for resistance belt & copper pressing board, protecting cover.

5.2. Internal Annealing Oven

  • Ø Material: 1Cr18Ni9Ti(SUS321) Stainless Plate with 10mm thickness welded, with corrugating and the pitch of waves is 150mm, distance between wave crest & wave trough is 10mm;
  • Ø Bottom of the Furnace: δ=10mm1Cr18Ni9Ti Stainless steel with 9unit of stainless lager bock inδ=10mm 1Cr18Ni9Ti, which are fastened with sealing head; under the lager bock installed with manganese steel punched-plate;
  • Ø Below the sealing head with stainless foot ring in δ=10mm1Cr18Ni9Ti & strengthening rib; below the foot ring with stainless face flange in δ=10mm1Cr18Ni9Ti;
  • Ø Installed with sealing groove up the flange & water cooling device below flange;
  • Ø The cap of the furnace with 25mm thick steel flange & Water cooling device to protect the rubber sealing ring;
  • Ø Inside of internal furnace installed with air inflating device, and installed with 2 zone heating element & armoured thermocouple, to make the inside furnace in even temperature;
  • Ø With sealed strip for notch protecting.

5.3. Filling frame

  • Ø The bottom plate is made by δ=20mmQ235 steel plate, and the bottom diameter is 800 mm;
  • Ø Middle riser employs Q235 steel tube. The riser is linked with the bottom plate by trapezoidal loose thread lock and upper riser is equipped with lifting climbing.

5.4 PID Electric Control Cabinets

  • Ø Furnace uses three-zone independent temperature control equipment and intelligent program temperature controller (Xia Men Yu Dian Brand) could control temperature automatically;
  • Ø Solid state relay (Beijing Xi Man Dun made) has the PID automatic adjustment function, which could automatically control the whole process of heating and heat preservation according to the preset curve;
  • Ø Paperless recorder (3 channels, with USB flash drive, Hangzhou Pan Gu made) tracks and records the real-time temperature curve of the oven and stores them for 1 year;
  • Ø The bravery inside displays the temperature, which is limited;
  • Ø Vacuum pump control and other electrical components adopt domestic high-quality products.
